Vine House Church Services

House Churches and Celebration Services House churches also come together with other Houses as a local church body at celebration services. These services are held on special occasions.  Currently we meet for mission updates when a team has returned from Brazil or Liberia.  We also meet for a special Christmas Eve Service as well as for Easter Sunday.  At times we will gather also for Baptisms and Baby dedications. These all Church gatherings are designed to keep all the House Churches connected with what our overall purpose is, that is to go into all the nations and make disciples.

To remain as a growing church all Houses are given Biblical material that can be used in Bible discussion.  Each House Church however has total freedom to be lead by God into the areas of discipleship that He (God) so determines as the Churches wait on God for direction.  Currently in each of the House Churches God has them  at different places of study within the Scriptures.

The responsibility of the House Church Pastors is to facilitate the teaching and Bible study of the House Church and to be there if need be for protection and direction. The teaching notes are for the purpose of stimulating discussion over a Biblical topic or book.

The House Church meets to experience Christ's love through others in a intimate, accountable setting where the word can be discussed and application can be encouraged.  It is the firm believes that in the House Church the total people present each have a part to play in the "Church”.  When they gathered together, each one is to bring a song or a teaching or a word of encouragement or a prayer.  There is to be no one leader/teacher.  All are recognized as gifted by God to participate as the body of Christ, the Church.
